HR Unit Head
- HR data bank management, onboarding, staff rotation, and succession planning.
- Liaise with HRMG and business partners.
- Monitor performance appraisal performance and training.
- Make sure that the HR policies and timelines are adhered to.
Credit Officer
- check credit proposals and Find risk profiles.
- Check financials, collateral and cash flow.
- To help in compliance requirements and audits.
- Liaise with the business and risk divisions.
